- Shipping Methods & Fee
Before the order processing is comleted, you can check available sipping methods and the cost.
Click "estimate shipping" after putting items in your cart..
Choose your country name from pull down menu and click "update" key.
It is calculated by actual weight of your order.
Shipping methods are via EMS, regular AIR, SAL economy air, and SEA. These services are handled by Post Office.
Small packet service: ePacket air is available for a parcel which weighs under 2 kgs.
EMS: Express Mailing Service
In most cases, EMS should be arrived within 3 - 5 business days of the package's shipment date.
100% tracking service is available.
AIR: Air shipment
In most cases, Air shipment be arrived within 7 - 10 business days of the package's shipment date.
Tracking service is available for air shipment.
SAL: Economy AIR
This service is faster than surface mail while the cost is lower than airmail.
In most cases, SAL should be arrived within 18-24 business days of the package's shipment date. You had better not to choose this method when you are in hurry.
Identification number is attached for the rough tracking service with the parcel wighs over 2kgs.
SEA: SURFACE
In most cases, it takes over 2 months for delivey to all area except Asian countries and Australia.
For Asian countries & Australia, it takes about a month for delivery.
Tracking service is available.
Registered Air Small Packet "ePacket"
It is a registered air small packet, sent by airmail to all the world destinations. It is cheaper than EMS, faster than SAL. It normally takes 10 days for delivery.
SAL mail is also sent via air, but it takes a couple weeks for delivery. Registered mail service is limited.
The following countries do not have SAL registered mail service: Australia, Greenland, Denmark, Gemany, Norway, Paraguay, Finlnd, Poland, Public of Serbia, Public of Moldova, and Korea Republic of.
Please choose "e Packet Air" service if registered mail is requested.
Courier services like TA-Q-BIN, DHL, FedEx & UPS are also available.
The shipping fee will be determined by the box sizes and the total weight.
Please choose sea freight or DHL as a tentative choice and write a note "Courier Service Request" in special instruction.
Later, the shipping fee will be informed and you can confirm the shipping fee in advance.
Please understand there will be delays depending on customs clearance and other various conditions of transportation.
- Customs and import duties
We cannot be liable for your country's custom and import taxes. Applicable customs and import duties will be charged after the parcel reaches its destination country. If your order is above the limit amount for your country, please be ready to pay taxes when your order arrives.
